With community at the heart of the hotel’s ethos, the 2023 season is centered on the five senses: touch, taste, smell, sound, and sight. Guests will be encouraged to benefit from the experiences designed by Riomar team that will tantalise their senses: from morning wellness classes at Tribe, to the refreshing taste of a signature cocktail on the Pool Deck, to the sights and sounds of the Mediterranean at the beach or indulging in the latest dish created by our Chef.
Ocean Brasserie & Bar is a stylish and welcoming space, with a hand-painted ceramic mural, which leads to the terrace overlooking the beach and offers casual beachside dining from midday to midnight. Afternoons are spent sipping on a refreshing cocktail, observing the golden reflections on the sea as the sun goes down settling into the evening mood with DJ beats from Friday to Sunday or enjoying the best Cuban music every Friday as you dine al fresco. We also want to celebrate the local community with an Afterwork at Ocean Bar, a space for like-minded people to connect as they experience downtime perfected with a selection of tapas and the finest local drinks.
With an extended beach area including 80 fully serviced sunbeds in its own dedicated beach area, the hotel delivers a boutique-style service. Evenings at Tribe are unique where guests and visitors alike can experience Movie Nights at Riomar: a selection of carefully curated films under the stars with a selection of light bites for a memorable night on Wednesdays from June until September. We will also be honouring the beautiful island of Ibiza with the festivity of San Juan (23rd June), bringing the community together to celebrate the beginning of Summer, including the ‘fameliar’ a tradition to Santa Eulalia.
RIVA, Artisanal Kitchen – Opening Summer 2023
Opening Summer 2023, Riva is the latest addition to Hotel Riomar Ibiza. Infused with the culture of Italy, RIVA will fuel all your senses with the most generous Italian gastronomy. Authentic carbonara will sit alongside rich bolognese sauce atop homemade spaghetti and puckered ravioli. Pasta is a showcase, pizza is a performance and everything in between is a temptation to be indulged in. Fresh, seasonal and selected speciality cuts, catches and culinary creations. A moment to experience with friends & family, a moment to let yourself immerse into the authentic Italian spirit. In true Italian style, the traditional festivity of Ferragosto (15th August) will be celebrated with traditional Italian gelato and specials curated by our Chef, a celebration not to be missed.
